Artera Blue S.R.L. is a Romanian constructions company with complete private capital. Established in 2003, our company has quickly imposed itself on the market through the policy of promoting the novelties in infrastructure constructions and by implementing the newest technologies and most performing materials in the works that we develop. The intensive investments in latest technological capital and in human resources with high qualifications and a futuristic vision over everything that means infrastructure constructions have ensured the success of our brand at home and abroad.

Over the time we have executed complex works starting with interior roads, in cities and municipalities, mountain and forest roads, national and county roads, motorways works, road repair and maintenance works, snow removal, modernizations of road infrastructure.

Design and build of Formula 1 racing circuit in Bucharest

Among the works that reflect our entrepreneurial spirit and the wish to explore the newest technologies from this area, we are proud of the project Formula 1 racing track built in 2007 right in the center of Bucharest, around the well known House of Parliament, the biggest administrative building in the world. The asphaltic mixtures used for this track were made with German recipes and following the German standards in construction. There was also used bitumen modified with polymer, a novelty in the area, that ensures asphalt elasticity and also an increased resistance in time under the action of climate and traffic factors.

Design and build of road infrastructure for Real hypermarket

Another reference work for our company was building the road infrastructure, parkings and roundabouts for the well known German hypermarket brand, Real. This work was also a pioneering in the area of infrastructure works because there we used one of the newest technologies, respectively concrete foundation over which were layered asphalt mixtures stabilized with cellulose fiber, offering a stability degree much bigger than the classic technologies.

Design and build of City Husi regeneration by upgrading streets and urban public spaces

Actually we are involved in the design and execution of one of the most complex work from our long experience, modernization of streets and urban public spaces from Husi Municipality, Vaslui County, area with a varied relief, abrupt heals, instable soil, landfalls and ground water at low depth. A consistent network of roads that covers the whole municipality is constructed and rehabilitated at the highest standards imposed by the European Union as funder of this work. To be an executant of infrastructure works, accepted and financed by the European Union, means to meet all the severe crieria imposed by it and represents and guarantee of the capacity and seriousness of our company.
